You can cancel your subscription at any time from the My account page (or from Google Play or the App Store for an in-app purchase), at no cost and without giving a reason. Access remains open until the end of the period already paid. No pro rata refund is made.

6. Right of withdrawal

Swiss law provides no right of withdrawal for online purchases. If you live in the European Union, you normally have 14 days. Under article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right does not apply to digital content supplied immediately with your prior express consent, once you have acknowledged that you lose this right. Before each payment, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge this by ticking the box provided.

7. Account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. The account is personal. You can delete it at any time from the My account page.

8. Liability

Tenutia's content is general information. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for the consequences of using the content instead of medical advice. Liability for gross negligence or intent remains reserved.

9. Complaints

If you have a problem, please write to contact@tenutia.com first: we always look for an amicable solution.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is the publisher's domicile. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence, and you keep the protection granted by the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
